Terms Of Service

What i draw:
* I both draw SFW and NSFW artworks
* You could see my full blacklist on NSFW related artworks in my NSFW sectionPayment details:
* Commission payments are done through EasyStaff (there is a PayPal payment method)
* I can do split payments (50% of the price upfront, and 50% after the completion)
* Refunds aren't possibleCommission process:
* The character you're commissioning from me should be you're own, or you should have permission for it
* Your commission will appear on my trello to-do list, where you could see the status of a commission
* In the procces of making the commission i will update you with the w.i.p., that will be 1: a Sketch and in case of fully shaded commission 2: Colored lineart. In that process you could ask me for changes or corrections. After the lineart is made, it'll not be possible to make drastic
* After the completion of an artwork, usually, i share it online in a span of 1-3 days. If you're not ok with me sharing it, please state it before or right after the completion of the work
*If you're ok with me sharing, or didn't stated you're not, your commission could be used as an example of promotional material on my personal website or any of the socialsArtwork related:
* My art is for personal use only, not commercial
* You can use my artworks as a profile picture or a banner or any other decoration for your socials, a long as it's not a commission for the other person, in that case you would need a permission from the said person
* Reposting my artworks is ok, as long as you credit me⚠️ Don'ts: ⚠️
* Any use in Machine learning algorithms / models (AI / LLM) or NFTs is highly prohibited (that means: no use in the training proccess of the machine learning model (AI / LLM)
* Altering or animating my artworks with the use of Machine learning models (AI / LLM) is prohibited
* Removing a watermark from my artworks is prohibited
